Плюсы: месторасположения,пляжное зона, питание. Минус, в зависимости от номера могут быть неприятные моменты, в частности на шестом этаже крайние номера слышно как работают стиральные машинки причём до 1 часа ночи, также под конец заезда стало неприятно пахнуть в ванной комнате, этот запах шел из раковины и канализации.

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

Все понравилось. Только расположение не очень близко к центру города (минут 10 автобусом или час пешком). А также проблема для русских путешественников - в отеле не принимают карты unionpay.

Отличный отель, есть все, что нужно. Еда просто выше всех похвал. Отличный спа и массаж. Рядом много магазинов и есть где погулять по набережной

Great service great people great food great rooms great location great value. This was the best hotel we ever found in this town after trying so many we will come back here again and again and again the gym was awesome. Even the store and the café was perfect. Still shocking at what an amazing value this hotel offers.

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…
